Q. What if I want to buy something and it's out of stock?
A. We are doing our best to keep all products available during the Black Friday sale, but some popular items may sell out quickly. If there's a kit or component you really want, we recommend ordering early while stock lasts. If the item you're after is already out of stock, simply contact our support team. They'll let you know when it's expected back or help you find the best alternative right away.
Q. What if I want to return an item bought from the Black Friday Sale?
A. Our regular return policy still applies to items purchased during the Black Friday Sale. However, please note that final sale or clearance items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Q. What if I return my order that I got my free gift with?
A. If your order is returned and the total falls below the qualifying amount, the free Starter Pack must also be returned in its original condition.
Q. Can I use a discount code or my VOLT rewards during the Black Friday Sale?
