Returns

We understand that sometimes things happen and you may have purchased the product incorrectly/ have a change of mind.

For an item to be eligible for a return it will need to meet the criteria listed in our return instructions:

  1. As long as the return is initiated with customer service and the return is placed in the post within 30 days of receipt of the order confirmation email (or a longer promotional return period, if applicable);
  2. All items must be unused, unopen and in a saleable condition;
  3. All Apparel items (T-shirts, Hoodies & Socks) must be unworn and unused and in a saleable condition with the original tags still attached; 
  4. Any item marked as "Final Clearance" is unable to be returned (subject to the Australian and New Zealand Consumer Law); and  
  5. Items must be returned in the original packaging, which must be in the original condition, including sealed boxes and dust bags.

Section 25 - promotion

In connection with the launch of the lighting kit compatible with the LEGO® Shopping Street set, Light My Bricks may offer a free gift with purchase consisting of a lighting bundle compatible with the LEGO® Vintage Parade Car.

The free gift with purchase promotion will commence at the time the product is made available for purchase on the Light My Bricks website and will conclude at 8:00 AM on 15 January AEDT. This promotion is valid for a limited time during the official launch period only and is available while stocks last. The free gift is only available with qualifying purchases completed within the specified launch window and is limited to one free gift per order. The free gift is non transferable, not redeemable for cash and may not be exchanged or substituted for any other product.

Light My Bricks reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate the free gift with purchase offer or the associated launch promotion at any time without prior notice. Product availability, launch timing and promotional offer duration may vary by region.
