The LEGO Hogwarts Great Hall (75954) is a recreation of the Great Hall from the Harry Potter series. This is where students congregated for meals and the daily owl post. Additionally, special events such as the Sorting Ceremony and the Hallowe'en Festival take place here in this intricately detailed set.
The Great Hall itself is built across four-tiered levels and comprises of 878 pieces. Once complete, the LEGO set is jam-packed with delightful details that will surely tickle the fancy of Harry Potter fans. On top of the dining section, there are reversible house banners, spiral staircase, potion room, treasure room and a whole lot more!
Fans of the movie series will instantly recognise this set and its faithfulness to the Harry Potter series. And to make this a truly special release, Light My Bricks have created a LEGO light kit designed specifically to bring out all of the Hogwarts Great Hall features to life!
Being Harry Potter fans ourselves, we wanted to make sure that this set got the Light My Bricks treatment. This includes external strip lighting to create a nice ambient effect, as well as our new micro-lights for flicker candles in the indoor sections. We have even lit up Hagrid's lantern so he can help guide the students safely during the night! This set contains 20 individual lights to bring out the best in the Great Hall's features.

The final outcome did not meet my expectations. Even though this set was discontinued, I went in the instructions page and manage to buy separately all the parts I needed (I have done this in the past successfully). The lightning is fine, but I was a little bit disappointed because you see too many cables when the installation is done. The flickering effect is always very nice to see it working.

Great item, the Great Hall looks brilliant. No problem installing the lighting kit at all. Just read the installation guide before to familiarise yourself how everything fits together. Highly recommend kit.
